The principles and policies applied in personnel hiring

The personnel in the workplace are determined with business economy scales and it is ensured that all personnel understand the self-respecting working can only be possible with efficient working.
Training programs within or out of the company are applied within the scope of the plan that will be determined in each level to ensure personnel development. Each director is responsible from the training and development of abilities of their subordinates.
By considering opportunity equivalence in promotions and assignments within the organization, the assignments to be made for the director staff is tried to be made among the personnel of the company in accordance with the opportunities.
Promotion opportunity is provided to the talented personnel through staff planning.
It is tried to reduce the personnel cycle rate to minimum in order to ensure management and working order and continuity in the workplaces.
The personnel are ensured to be satisfied within the possible opportunities in terms of the salary system and the social rights and a fair salary policy is applied that the individual ability and effort is awarded.
Job definitions and performance standards in all positions starting from the highest level to the lowest level in the workplace are documented and this system is taken as basis during the evaluation of the personnel.

The general conditions looked in the personnel to be employed in the workplace:

To be a citizen of Republic of Turkey (except the conditions considered required and decided by the Board of Directors)
Completed the age of 18 and receiving day from the age of 19.
Completed the military service (the employment of the ones who have postponed the military service or exempted from military service is subjected to the approval of the General Management according to the condition of the job)
Not being sentenced due to a infamous crime and not to be condemned with a gross misconduct restricting the public rights.
To have the health condition required by the job.
To not have any body and mental disease and disability that will prevent to make the duty continuously, provided that the provisions of the regulation related to employ disabled people are reserved.
To be successful in the interview and/or the exam to be performed.
To not be older than 35 years old for the duties other than Specialist/Director positions.
To not have obligatory service for private and public organizations.
To have a positive result in the security investigation to be performed.
